Appearance: Short brown hair, blue eyes. This little boy is very cute and cuddly! In the warmer months, he can be usually seen wearing something such as an onesie and shortalls. While during the cooler months, he usually runs around in a footed sleeper.
History: Peter was born June 24th, 2009 to a mother from Latvia, and a man she had married shortly before his birth, by the name of Seth O'Donnell. This boy had two older half-siblings that he knew about, one who at the time of his birth, were 14 and 16. He had another previously unknown one who was 10. Peter didn't particularly know a whole lot about his surroundings about his life with his family, but at the age of two, while visiting with a grandparent, his family was killed in a highway accident. With no one to go to, Peter was turned to the DHS, who found out Peter still has a living older half-brother in a foster home outside of Denver. It was suggested that he move there, with his older half-brother, by the name of Adrian Hawkins.
Personality: Shy, cuddly, fun-loving, intelligent.
School: Been to daycare a few times. Still too young for pre-school.
Interests/Hobbies: Peter is into most juvenile television shows, such as Blues Clues and Sesame Street; as well as some more mature kids cartoons, such as Spongebob Squarepants. When not watching TV he can be found playing with a large array of toys. He also loves to play outdoors, not matter it be playing in the snow in the Winter or the leaves in the Fall he loves it all the same.

Relationships: Adrian - Peter's half-brother; he loves him and gets along with him very well.

Lisa - Very nice and caring just like Thomas, gets on with Peter very well.
