History: Ciara was the result of the werehound Ward MacCullagh mating with a japanese woman. The child was sent away for her own safety, as she was born both a kitsune and a werehound. She had lived in japan all her life, growing up in various foster homes. Eventually she had wanted to move to america, so she was set for colorado, where she became a citizen. She seemed to have done a ton of oddjobs for months at a time, doing maid service for famous actors when arriving first in Los Angeles, then Las Vegas, so she had tried to find a foster home that needed some maid service once reaching to Colorado, so she found shillito's, and was accepted as a maid so she can support herself while attending the police academy.
Personality: Ciara is very energetic; as her name says, she's a "little fiery one". She is usually seen bouncing around looking for something to do, and meeting people.
School: Ciara has been schooled in japan all her life, she's already graduated from high school with honors, however, she's found that her heart lies in police work...
Interests/Hobbies: Ciara wants to be a cop! Aside from that, cooking, video games, and junk food !
