Alright, in case of confusion, here's how the residents of certain ages are categorized:

Tier 1: Birth to 2 years
Tier 2: 2 - 4 years
Tier 3: 5 - 8 years
Tier 4: 9 - 13 years
Tier 5: 14 - 17 years
Tier 6: 18+ years (Rule is bypassed at this age, as authority is officially granted at 18 years.)

The rule is that there must be a gap of two age groups in order for a character of a certain age to be a top for a lower group. If I hear of any complaint about someone in X group being pestered to be topped for by someone in Y group will be met with punishment out-of-character. (Suspension for the night, repeated offenses warrant a ban.)

Say character A is in the 3rd tier, while character B is in the 4th tier... Character B has no obligation to be a caretaker, so any occurance of character A whining to character B out of character to be a top for them is not going to be tolerated.

HOWEVER: This rule can be bypassed if you ask for permission from one of the moderators, and if both parties agree to the scene. This rule also doesn't apply to anyone that Wyatt specifically hires, providing that they are of the legal age limit for employment. (16 years of age)
